RED LINE Action
...drawing a line for the climate
2022 NEWS here
-
Climate change is the most defining issue of our time - children can’t vote but they are disproportionately affected.
-
Red Line Action engages schools and communities in dialogues about how to realise creative power and initiate change to keep our planet safe.
-
We are a collaboration of artists and climate activists, informing and enabling creative responses to global issues in local contexts. Our workshops and events range from banner making to large scale sculptural installations.

We are delighted to be returning to Lambeth Country Show 2022!
We welcome you to join us in our free workshops for 2 – 102 year olds!
Design a message to hang on our larger than life sculpture, the 'Tree of Hopes'.
This year, we will explore the climate crisis by drawing attention to the impact of paper waste on natural resources. We will build our sculpture using scrap plywood and paper recycled from a local school. The female figure, supported by the tree, is a symbol of nurturing positive mental health.
We are inspired by the Let's Go Zero campaign, uniting teachers, pupils, parents and their schools as they all work together to be zero carbon by 2030. Please help Let's Go Zero's work with national government to ensure the right support is in place to help all schools reach this goal through seven policy actions.
Huge thanks to Pedal Me for transporting the 'Tree of Hopes' to the Lambeth Country Show by bicycle power!
